Bruno Gustafsson is a Stockholm-based Senior Associate working with Roschier’s dispute resolution practice. He is on the editorial committee of Stockholm Arbitration Yearbook (SAY) and has published numerous academic articles, including with SAY, University of Bologna Law Review, and Creighton Law Review. His publications have focused mainly on sovereignty issues and provisional relief in the context of international investment law (in particular, investor-state arbitration), costs issues relating to third-party funding in arbitration, as well as on various energy-related topics.
